Who can refer
Any school with a FacetEdu account. The owner finds the school's own referral link and a short referral form under Billing in FacetEdu. This programme is separate from our individual referral partners and sales agents.
What counts as a successful referral
- The school is new to FacetEdu and was not already talking to us.
- It signs up through your link or code, or matches a school you referred, within 90 days.
- It pays for its first paid term (a school's first term on FacetEdu is free) within 12 months of signing up.
Example: you refer Golden Kids School. It joins, uses its free term, then pays ₦80,000 for the next term. Your school gets ₦8,000 (10%) off its next FacetEdu bill.
When the credit is applied
The credit is added to your school's account 30 days after the referred school pays (in case of a refund), and comes off your next FacetEdu bill automatically. You see it on your Billing page and get an email. Credit is not paid out in cash.
More than one referral
Yes - you get 10% of the first paid term of each school that qualifies. Credit adds up and is used on your next bills until it runs out.
Duplicates and cancellations
- The first valid referral of a school counts. If another school or partner referred it first, theirs counts.
- If the referred school is refunded, the credit is cancelled - or taken back if it was already added.
- Failed payments never count.
