What we collect
- Applicants: your name, email, phone, state and operating area or territory, and what you tell us about your experience or connection to schools.
- Referrals: the referred school's name and location, and - only where you have the person's permission - the proprietor's or contact's name, role, phone and email.
- Approved partners: your bank name, account number and account name, asked for only when you have a reward to be paid. Notes you or we record about schools you refer.
Why we use it
- To review your application and run the programme with you (your consent and our agreement with you).
- To contact referred schools about FacetEdu - once, and not again if they say no (our legitimate interest, and your confirmation that they agreed to be contacted).
- To work out and pay rewards, prevent fraud and keep financial records (our agreement with you and our legal duties).
We do not sell your information or use it for anything else. Emails about the programme are sent by our email provider; payments go through our bank.
How long we keep it
Applications that are not approved: 12 months. Partner and reward records: 6 years after the last payment (tax and accounting rules). A referred school's contact details: until it joins or says no, and at most 12 months for a school that does not join.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@facetedu.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. See our main privacy policy for more.
