Sell FacetEdu to schools, earn 15% for 12 months

• Find schools that FacetEdu suits.
• Contact proprietors and administrators.
• Arrange and give product demonstrations (we train you and give you a demo school to show).
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Help a new school get started, when FacetEdu asks you to.
• Record each school, what happened and the next step on your partner page - you get a reminder email on the day a follow-up is due.

15% of the subscription payments FacetEdu actually collects from the school during its first 12 months (counted from the day it signs up).

• Commission is earned as each payment is received - it is never paid in advance for terms the school has not paid yet.
• The school's free first term earns nothing, because nothing is paid for it.
• There is no automatic lifetime commission. Any reward for renewals or looking after an account after the first 12 months needs a separate written agreement.
• Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund, then paid by bank transfer once your payable total reaches ₦5,000.

• No joining fees, and no reward for recruiting other agents.
• Only promise what FacetEdu offers. Never promise discounts, features or delivery dates that have not been approved in writing.
• Be honest and respectful with schools. No pressure selling, and respect a school's “no”.
• Keep schools' information private and use it only for this work.
• You are an independent agent, not a FacetEdu employee. You are responsible for your own tax.

• Add each school to your partner page as soon as you start talking to it - the date it is added is your claim.
• The first valid lead for a school wins. A school already using FacetEdu, or already talking to us, cannot be claimed.
• If two people worked on the same school, FacetEdu looks at both records and decides. Where both genuinely helped, we may agree a shared commission in writing. We never pay the full commission twice for one school.
• Failed payments never count. If a school is refunded, the commission is cancelled - or, if already paid, taken off your next payout.

We may end an agent's participation for breaking these rules. Commission already earned on money received is still paid unless it came from a broken rule. See also the partner privacy notice.
